Process Facilitator/Trainer for development education work & Initiator of the Black Academy
Nicole Amoussou has been working on international projects since 2010, including in Benin, Germany,
France and Cameroon. Since 2012, she has been advising and supporting institutions and non-governmental organisations in raising awareness of anti-racism and supporting non-discriminatory processes. One of her areas of work is capacity-building and empowerment for diaspora organisations and people with migration experience, as well as deconstructing and reflecting on colonial continuities. She is the initiator of the Black Academy
